Who do I start for my second RB spot, Michael Pittman @ KC or Felix Jones vs WAS? (Marion Barber III is my #1)?

No to Jones unless you get return points for your league. Jones is behind Marion Barber and should not get many carries. Michael Pittman on the other hand, should get all the 3rd down, and red zone carries as well as a few other carries every now and then. Look for Michael Pittman to shine this week.
