What's the best The North Face Triclimate for women?

I want to get a The North Face Triclimate for women, but i don't know which one is the best. Is it warmer to get the ones with fleece inside or with a puffy jacket inside? And do you think it would be weird to wear the puffy jacket that's inside the Triclimate? So what's the best Triclimate? Also, which is the best one for snowboarding or skiing? thanks!
