I have a pair of chopsticks that I think might have lead-paint on it?

While I was cooking with a wooden chopstick that is painted, I noticed the paint was peeling. I didn't care about it at first so I just washed it with my dishes. Now, I just realized that my chopsticks could possibly have lead on it! Since I washed it with my other dishes, I am sure the paint also got on the dishes. Anyways, will this harm me by a lot? How dangerous is lead paint, especially when ingested? Also, how can I tell if this is lead paint or not?
