What would be the best way to view TV on your PC through a TV point in your home?

Currently I have Sky TV that is hooked up in the living room and I have a tv point in my room where you can connect a TV through with attaching an Ariel. I was wondering what would be the best TV card to get for my setup. I dont want to have to connect a separate Ariel because of my TV point.
