Help----irql not less or equal "BSOD"?

when you restart the computer a thing should come up in a upper corner of the screen press f12 then wait for the blue screen to load then go down to the bottom to somthing that says something about default reste every thing back to default except for the raid setup if you have it then hit save and exit save then restart after it loads the loggin screen
