If my opk was positive at 5am does that mean if i do the BD tonight i still have a chance of conceiving?

I tested yesterday morning and it was negative, this morning it was positive but didn't do the BD, if i wait until tonight do i still have a good chance of conceiving? I have also done the BD the last 4 days.
