This isn't a very good question. Ribosomes are made of rRNA and protein. During translation, mRNA transcribed from DNA goes through a ribosome. tRNA reads the mRNA and links amino acids (with the help of other enzymes) to make a polypeptide chain. It sounds like it could be all of the above. I'm really not sure, though.
