Marion Barber for Frank Gore?

I drafted both Joseph Addai and Marion Barber without realizing they have the same bye week. When I discovered this it was too late to get an impact RB. Someone offered me Frank Gore for Barber, should I take it? Plus I was looking to drop McClain for Jerious Norwood as a backup...yes or no?
