Having trouble getting betta out?

If Fish mans answer has not helped the only thing I can suggest is let him calm down gently remove with hands if he struggles leave him try again later until he realises you will not harm him, I had to do this with one of my fish he just lay in my hand and i put him in his quarantine tank.
