Can this computer run these games? (do not say "go to canirunit.com")?

2.4ghz core 2 duo 1066mhz fsb, 4gb ddr3 ram, 250gb @ 7200 rpm, nvidia 9400m shared 256mb memory+ 9600m gt 256mb discrete memory (separate card not SLI both ddr3)...can this comp run company of heroes AND world in conflict on medium setting (at least)...if not, what's the optimal setting for both to run at a smooth 40-60 fps?
